New to relay services read this

This is important to know about relay abuse. I realize registering ph# now will help but the worms will still be out there. Being new to relay, I found these websites extremely helpful and hope others will add to this. On another note, not all relay services are alike. Do the research, ask others and by all means if its not registered with the FCC, then stay clear of it.
