portable laptop vs mobile VP

Now more VP companies are rushing out to make mobiles for VP but I think that's a mistake. They should be giving out mini-laptop computers with webcam and use that technology for VP.

Here's an example of minilaptop that can work as a mobile VP:

its only $250 and I am sure VP companies can buy them in large volume for a cheaper price and give them to deaf customers.

Don't you agree?

Or they should make a software to work with builtin webcam.
