Turn on your VPAD, if you haven't done recently since Viable has just sent out a automatic software upgrade.

no, just VP-200, that's it. Not interest to have webcam.

Jacob, I got upgrade software into VPAD but not yet to get new Viable number system. I think that Viable representative will contact you to get new Viable number as 10-digital number. Same as purple number.

You may get info on Viable number.
