i711 relay service

Does anyone not have issues with i711 relay service?

I have had issues with them being real slow. I don't know if they are just having issues or waiting to hear message or the other party is not responding, etc. They don't let you know, and so you have to wait longer than normal.

Also, I have had them type without comman or period. They go on and on and on without punctuations that sometimes I have to re-read to understand what the person is saying.

There might be more, but I'll type more if I remember later.

Hasn't anyone had any issues with i711 relay?

What do you mean by it goes under another company?

I used to use SprintIP relay, but I had one problem that it would disconnect for no reason.

I don't like AT&T because they expect you to responsd really quickly than the other relays or they'll disconnect.

Never had issues with i711 relay service and used it frequently. They're great.
