If you have ever used any TTY/relay system from any location in the world to call any organization or person in Larimer County or Boulder County in Colorado, USA in the year of 2005 and/or 2006 please please contact me. I am working on a legal research project that will hopefully lead to improvement of acceptance of relay calls by law enforcement, government offices, non-profits, and public/private bussiness.
