VRS new rates by NECA

hmmm i am glad that FCC is really caring about VRS now. Thats first (to me) that FCC ignore NESA's recommend cost for VRS and follow commenters' idea. They really ARE listening to us this time. Hooary for FCC! :-)

I support VRS all the way. It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to cheat the system though VRS. If you don't know sign language, nor lip reading then you shouldn't be using VRS and cheat the system. IP-relay is very easy to cheat. The ONLY problem is for deafies using wireless, I am not sure any good solution against scammer.
