Yep. It was pretty annoying that my wife's work use nTouch and can't call to our Z-20 or Z5 at home but Our Z-20 or Z5 can call to nTouch.

Also, she was not happy with nTouch since she can't create own the signmail. Like, Hello, This is highlander and I am sorry that I am not here. I am out of town for 1-2 weeks. So please leave the message. That's let customers know that she is out of town for 1-2 weeks to avoid from angry/upset/wrong idea for ignored leave message for 1-2 weeks.

We can create own the signmail for ZVRS at home.
 
interesting.. I still have old VP-200 device. I have not get nTouch yet.. but, I like Z5 app (ZVRS) in my iphone 5 for travel.

You have Vp-200? You can port from Vp-200 to Z-20 and you will get free iPad 2 with stand.

Nah, I always upgrade new wireless router won't work any VRS device as It locked my old router's Mac address. I will give up Sorenson device and tired to call support/installers for help. I will buy my own iPad with Retina display.

What s your brand name and model number of new router?

Did you set up port forwarding setting on your router for using nTouch VP or VP200?

All you do is contact a ZVRS rep and tell them you want to give up your sorenson vp. They will then make the arrangement for you to get z20, and give you free ipad with ipad stand for it. You get to keep your number that is on the sorenson VP and use it on Z20. simple. no need to inform people of new numbers. ZVRS will give you a box to wrap sorenson vp to mail back with padding to send back yourself. This saves embarrassment with contact sorenson to get your vp and no need to put up with their hassle. ZVRS cares on how the sorenson hardware is shipped

Any VRS? Not really. That was for Sorenson ONLY.

Z-20 do not need set for port forwarding or DMZ. Just plug and done. No resetting router needs. You can change most routers whatever you want without reset for Z-20. Did you know that?

Same with nTouch VP.

nTouch VP do not need to set port forwarding or DMZ unless you got an incompatible older router, you can plug and play with just about all the present routers.

I have one question... I recently gave my number from ZVRS transferred to my Ntouch PC and do i still can get a iPad 2?

I'm not sure that that is true. To get my Ntouch VP working right, the installer had to set up port forwarding. This was on a new Netgear Router that Sorenson gave me.
