Want help deciphering what is being said in video using (?) sign language

Hi... (I'm not deaf, but have worked as a Relay Operater for the CRS in the past) I am here because I have a question only you can answer most likely...
I've recently viewed a music video, from my favorite musician ever, and noticed what I believe to be (BAD) wording of Sign Language near the end. I KNOW what I SEE it to read, but I have had no formal ASL training and want to get a read on what the deaf community see/read. Here's the video info: look on YouTube

He does say the f word 3 times, but I can't catch what he says at the way end. I thought it was f off, but I am not sure.
