American airlines employee whacked at mom for strollers!

Actually on a commercial aircraft sitting over the wings have proven to be the safest seats, with the front and back being the most likely places to die.
You do know the fuel tanks are in the wings right?

Yes, I know the fuel is in the wings. The current studies show the safest seats are in the rear with a fatality rate of 32% , middle 39% and front 38%. Those sitting in the middle seats in the rear had the lowest fatality rate of 28% and those in the isle in the middle thirst of the aircraft had the highest at 44% However, those sitting in the middle of the plane(isle) no matter of location made up the highest number of fatalities in any air crash and those sitting near emergency exits have the highest survival rate. Because of the varying nature of aircraft accidents the FAA as well as other airline safety experts say there is no safest seat on an aircraft. I was basing my first reply on a study that I read in the early 80's that showed the safest seats were over the wings, the studies since the late 80's have showed it not to be as "safe." All in all you have a 1 in 8,000 chance of ever being in an air crash in your lifetime.

You do know that was a joke right?

Studies show that passengers have the greatest chance of survival if they sit in planes that stay aloft.

;)
Greatest chance of survival is stay on the ground. I can swim and walk further than I can fly.

When I traveled with my daughter, I checked in the stroller, provided you secure it, along with my luggage. Then we hopped on a transport vehicle to our gate.

No, that wasn't were I got it from. When I was in college we did a paper on air crash survival and then today I just googled safest seats on a plane in an air crash and got a wealth of information.

Let it go. 2 pages of this?

And yes, we all saw you had it out for Seb.

Just goes to show you if you've lost it, just let it go.
Well they say 60% of men are using Viagra now and 40% have Alzheimer's, So in 20 years 100% will be walking around not knowing what to do with it.

Men only have a 1 in 11 chance of developing Alzheimers, whereas women are 1 in 6! So 40% of men can't have Alzheimers, more like 9%, so they can say all they want.
