What a mess this is going to be. If new buyers bought title insurance, I hope they'd be protected. Anyone who bought without title insurance might be in a boat-load of trouble.

^^^ That's along the lines of scary thoughts that I had. That buyers buying foreclosed homes might find themselves faced with a lot of legal/ownership issues if all these foreclosures were illegal to begin with.

Plenty of empty developments here- roads and lights, sewer and water- no buildings...
