"they definitely won’t buy a home"
Source: ThinkFast, April 14, 2008
A new AP poll says that 60 percent of the public say “they definitely won’t buy a home in the next two years, up from 53 percent who said so in an AP-AOL poll in September 2006,” “the latest sign of increasing pessimism about the nation’s housing crisis.” Just 11 percent are certain or very likely to buy soon, down from 15 percent two years ago.

Yeah, I agree.
My neighbor had a hard time selling their house for several years because no one is interested in moving. They got lucky because a super-rich couple decided to move suddenly and bought my neighbor's house.

This doesn't seem good because right now the real estate market across the nation is facing with a lot of homeowners who are into foreclosures.
Some people are lucky enough to be able to afford a house but some aren't, regarding to the economic woes that are happening.

In Colorado, many houses have hard time to sell because bad marketing. In our area, there have many house are on sale so long time. They were not sold. Very few house were sold. I am glad that I don't own a house because someday I want to move somewhere and settle down.
