Mothers' delivery the babies

I haven't vote yet. Because I am first time to be pregnant! You can take polls for your experience with delivery for natural and c-section and both. It just for FUN!

Both my daughter were natural birth, but the first one was delivered with forceps.

She was 24 inches long and weighed 8lb and 14oz.

The second baby was 21 inches and 8lb 1oz.

I strongly encourage anyone who need to try with natural birth. It's the natural thing to deliever.

I wasn't lucky. I had an urge to get a csection after 20 hours of labor. I don't know why my girl's head won't go out of me. Her head was way too big for mine that i could feel her head but she kept backward when i can feel her being stuck right here next to my small pelvic. I tried pushing so hard for about 10 hours. Until my girl's heartbeat was dropping very slightly. So i ended up got a csection. When i first saw my girl out of mine and held her in my arms for a minute then i passed out. I didn't sleep for more than 34hours when my contraction started.

Second with baby, I was too concerned if I would have torn in my tummy area where it had a scar from a previous c section therefore I went for a csection again. I realize that I should have tried it. oh well If i happen to have a third one and will make sure that i will go for the natural birth. However, i do not want to have another kid. two kids are purrfect number for me.

Both my girls were c-section. The first had delivery complications making a c-section necessary. The second was a scheduled c.

Baby 1 was 6 days overdue, 7lb, 11oz, 23"
Baby 2 was 12 days early, 8lb, 4oz, 22"

oh lol! With my 1st, it was too late cuz I was 5 CM to 9 CM within like 2 hrs or so. I can't remember, but I do remember I did dilated pretty fast. Thanks to the jacuzzi! I told my new dr and he said I can stay in as long as I wish....it helped me with the pain but I still feel contraction.

1st delivery c-section
2nd delivery VBAC

Many hospitals and doctors are refusing to allow VBAC. It worked well for me and I'm glad that I got to do it.

Bad. Narrow pelvic openings run in my family. Unfortunately we were in a small town and my doctor was an osteopath not cleared for surgery in the hospital there. It was middle of the night and I think he did not want to split his fee by calling in a surgeon. Supposedly this is how it was done there.

I have never been the same. Plus my older daughter's head is somewhat elongated.

Baby come first before mother if baby's life is in danger do in C-section. I wish for my daughter in law to had c-section to save my grandson's life but did not. He was stopped breatahing for a minute and half. He was performed cpr three times. Now he is allright but I wonder about his brain being damaged from difficult birth. Anything if cord around neck, do c-section especially if heartbeat rate is lower.

I had natural birth with both of my boys without any drugs except for iv. First one dr had to use forcep because of cord around his neck and my placenteria came out first which would have kill me and my son. Second one was umm difficult cuz I pushed him for hour and got his head out but his shoulder was stuck. Got him out after dr cut all way to u know. He was big baby, 10 lbs and 11 oz. No more kid after him cuz other dr told me next child will be bigger than my second one. I had a picture in my head I don't want 12 lbs baby grow inside of me. Forget it.

All natural, two with midwife, one at birthing center. One needed vacuum, all 8.6 or 8.8 lbs. One Lamaze/Leboyer, 2 Lamaze. It all makes me tired just to think of it again. You youngsters - whew!

All Natural.... had baby boy weighed seven pounds and eleven oz.... it took me three days of labor and three hours of pushing to get him out of me!!! He was two weeks early...Yeah, it was quite intense labor but I'm glad I did it in natural way instead of C-section that I almost got if I wasn't able to get him out of me in time.

Well, I said natural, but actually... My sister and I were born vaginally, but Mom was given medications during both births.

I was just about 4ibs when I was born. My sister was 5ibs 3oz when she was born.

Sis had two children and both were born vaginally with medication. My nephew was 7ibs 3oz. My niece was 7ibs 5oz

glad your grandson is alright now. I agree that cesarean section is necessary only if when it comes to baby's life is in danger. I had a c section with my girl that i was struggling to get her out of me but her head would not go out and her heartrate was slightly dropping. Needless to say, I am stunned to see that there are the number of the cesarean section performed in the US has been growing and becoming too common. Some mothers rather c sections when they don't have any complications with their childbirths or complicated healths for their first times.

Both were vaginal birth but not natural as I had epidural. I tried for natural with my daughter but the pain got to be too much.

Vaginal birth with my first-born
Natural birth with my second-born.

Epidural was given during my labor with my first-born, but with my second-born I had no Epidural or any other pain medicine, all natural delivery and it was one of the most painful experience I ever went through during labor. I felt every pain even when giving birth. I remembered I shivered during delivery.

Interseting about above posts.

My daughter, it was Vaginal Birth, because I had heavenly shot(Epidural). She was 8 lbs 1.4 oz & 21 1/2 inches. 8 hours of Labor & 9 minutes worth to pushing her out.

My mama had two natural births and two c-sections. First child- Natural birth, second child- c-section, third child- natural birth & last child- c-section.

She explained me different between of c-section & natural birth; she said that, natural birth suffers during labor and everything but after, pretty much feel better but a bit sore still. For c-section; just feel nothing during labor/everything like that, but after that, it's more painful that she ever experience because it's very hardly to laugh, cough, everything. It's so interesting to learn about that stuffs but for me, I would prefer either natural or vaginal birth unless if I have to having a c section then I would admit to.

My mom told me. She gave both naturals with vaginal births. She never have c-section. I was born 6lbs & 8oz and 20 length. I want to try give my baby natural. In case if it's serious with delivery. I have to accept with c-section.

Have you even try delivery in water? I just wonder.

Twice scheduled of C sections but one of just broken water two weeks early!

Reason that My hip or pelvic is small!

Here Silly ... I said some of my friends that I want to experience with a vaginal birth. They told me that Hey... I could be glad with C section because of 'tightening of the vagina' and make a pleasure sex... For those people who give vaginal birth that had "loose of the vagina" . I don't know if it is true!
