About Godmother/Godfather.

Im curious about godmother and godfather.

Did you have godmother/godfather for your own kids?
How did you feel about it?
How did you decide since it seems very diffcult to choose?
Are you a godmother/godfather of someone's kid?
How do you feel about it?

I know there's too many questions about Godmother and Godfather since, I want to having godmother and godfather for my own girl since it's very diffcult for me because I have three sisters and two brothers plus I have four best friends on my own. I don't want them to feel offend or hurt or anything because I choose other than them. It's scared me when I think about godmother and godfather. My mom did ask me today about it and I said I can't decide, she understood how I feel because I'm coming from HUGE family since it's happened to my mom also when she married to my father which my father have one brother and five sisters on his own. It's very diffcult for them to decide too. But I do have my own godmother and godfather. It's my dad's brother and his wife.

And, I do really want my baby brother to be my baby's Godfather and maybe his girlfriend to become her godmother once they gets married. I just don't know. It's very diffcult...

Did it get diffcult on you too?

I never got my son to be baptized. Opps! But I chosen my best friend to be his Godmother and my brother in Law, David to be Godfather.

Good luck on deciding. I understand how you feel. I never chosen to be Godmother..I am still waiting for someone to pick me. *grin*

i understand how you feel
my niece have godmother and a godfather, godmother is a good friend of my sister in law and godfather is brother of my sister in law
i never been ask to be godmother oh well i am waiting heh hope to be godmother to my brother's 2nd baby who will be due in oct/nov who knows

Oh I understand but did it very diffcul for you to choose? I never being godmother either. But, just wonder because it's verey hard for me to decide since I want them to be you know?

Oh cool. I do understand since I never being ask to be godmother of someone's kid tho. But I don't mind since as long as they ar ein my life

My godmothers is my mum's best friend and my oldest sister.

Have you noticed there's no godfather?

Whisper- choose a godparent that you feel will be a good role for your child also be there while the kid grows up.

I guess what I'm saying is...someone reliable and stable.
