Oh yeah, I am trying my best to solve this problem that's all.. Right now I am pretty used with it since I had been in this problem for 3 years, I really hope it will never happen again after it have been solved.. Right now I am trying to pull my parents to think about other way that they can return the money to me instead of dreaming about things that they couldn't do like putting the investment into building the condos and stuff like that.. Thank you for the concerns, I will surely update when the final decision was pledged to be solved

Oh you can't tell court that you want money back or what? You can get another bank account and put money in that from parents'. Parents can't say no. Cuz you are over 18.

Well the court case are too far serious, also might cost me the money and I was just trying my best to make my parents to give me my money back by themselves instead having the court force them to give me the money.

I hope the counselor can help you and your family figure out how to solve this. Will there be an interpreter there? Hugs.

*Update*

Yesterday we went to the consuler and I won. My consuler explained to my parents very clearly that the money is mine no matter what kind of money it was, plus I am nearly 21 years old (exactly a month left today), and he explained to my parents that when they have my money, then they are involved and that's why I kept blaming on my parents. That is why my parents refuse to give me the money because they fear of me accusing them, but the consuler make it clear that if they kept hold it then I will remain blame them because they have my money. Also we all made our own agreement that we will not turn back to the same story in the past after my parents return my money back.

I am kinda shock that 3 years arguement simply solved in one day with consuler, it could be the most ridicilious arguement in entire of my life, but I still love my parents Also I was nearly cancel the trip to Greece with my parents and my brother due to personal conflict, but now I am going and it would be on this May 30 to June 10, which June 8 would be my 21st birthday and hope it would be fun!

Also actually my parents finally accept returning my money back about 4 days before the consuler, but I decide to say nothing till the consuler. During those 4 days, I found a house that I can afford so I guess I probably buy a house, that house is near the downtown Vancouver and have good city bus transportation, also near many of stores so it's not bad location for me.

About Las Vegas, well.. I really want to move there, but too many of my friends and families kept begging me to stay so I guess it's better for me to wait till I become more older. Sorry for those my friends who expect me to move.. I guess I will plan a trip to Las Vegas someday

That's all I can say, guess that case is close now and no more further conflict with my parents for my freedom rights now. I am all on my own now, finally that's exactly what I always would fight for.

Thank you everyone for the advice

Interesting tale here ... hide the money so can still get SSI... many people do that geesh !!! SSI is for people with no money. SO, since you have money.. You don't need SSI.. Take the money now that you have it and MOVE !!!... Family and money is not a good mix... Move on wherever you want and move on with your life... And remember any mistakes you make with your money.. is your own mistake .. not your family's mistake.. Too bad you had to wait 3 years to get access to your money. I am glad though it worked out for you.. Holler my way if you want any other advice.. I used to be an advocate for people with a hearing loss.. I know of many horror stories and a few good stories with deaf people and their money and their families grabbing it..." The love of money, is the root of all eviil .. "

The money I have are not enough for my entire life, and that money that I have will only be used for my home and the home does not count as the money I have for the SSI situation, it's just that I can't have more than $2,000 in the bank account so I have to have someone to hold my money till I buy a home. So I am not hiding anything or doing anything illegal

My anut and uncle have been living there for many years, probably 20 years and they are doing good, they even had a job available for me if I move there. Plus I love their dry climate and their city characterstic, also I have been there several times. I think those people who got screw up in Las Vegas are those people who don't think real, but their own dream which are not reality which screw themselves up. That's similar problem with Portland metro (my area), I am not really surprise about that. My important payment are my place with roof than anything else. Thank you for warning me, but I am not moving there right now anyway so..

Same here. I dislike SSDAC's rules. I can't have more than 2,000 in my bank account either. That's why I using my extra cash at home in safe box. Or I can put my extra money into my fiance's saving bank account. I trust him.

*Final Update*

Since I have been living on this land with a mobile home on which was used to be part of mine and part of my parents, but now it's whole my parent's so I have to get out of this land.

Good news, the owner of that house that I talked about in my last update post just accept my offer! So I will get out of here pretty soon, can't wait!
