Oh man that was a terrible thing to do to a child! I hope that child is doing okay after what she went through. I would be very very upset if something like that happened to my 2 children.

Whoa! thats gone too far.. If its happen to my one of our kids.. I will be pissed.. Sue their ass for good.. cuz child will not forget forever....

one of our kids have bad morning and got into agurement or outbrust before go school... I tend to drive them to school instead of sending them on bus.. if its really serious issues, I go in the office.. and let them know that child or children have bad morning.. if mothers or fathers have to go work.. they need to call job and will be in late.. cuz children are most important..

What exactly did the child do to cause such a response from the teacher and the psychologists?

....I'm thinking the same as you are, it does look like there's not enough information to this story telling us exactly why the girl was handcuff, only what they think, it's still not enough...I believe we should wait until we hear more to what really happened before we can say anymore to it...

Yep, it is sad to see it happens to all schools. It will follow to other states as well. This article I provided ( link ) was from Phoenix.
