Deaf Lakota

LeRoy Eagle Bear is a deaf Lakota Sioux who was born on the Rosebud Indian community. He shows us around his boyhood home and tells us about the difficulty he had adjusting to “white culture” when, at the age of 11, he was sent far away to attend the South Dakota School for the Deaf.
