Why, re hearing aids and things

OK I thought maybe somebody here would be able to help me with this.

I saw the audiologist yesterday and had a hearing test done, the second one in a couple months.

I've been having trouble with talking to people.

Now my audiogram shows sharp losses in the lower pitches from about 250-1000 Hz and then the line goes up and is flat with a very mild loss from 1000 Hz and up. My right ear is 15 dB worse in the low pitches than my left ear. BUT my speech discrim was 100 percent but my speech threshold was 75 dB. What in the heck??

Any ideas what would cause this loss? They don't know! I don't know! Please if anyone has any ideas can you offer any suggestions?
