Help!

So about 3 months ago an audiologist tested my hearing and told me I was completely deaf in the left ear and was only about 75% hearing in the right I knew for a long time my hearing wasn't great but I had no idea it was that bad. I went in for a follow up test to find that the hearing in my right ear had dropped even more. They said if my hearing loss progresses at this rate I will be deaf in two years. I am an ok signer I can usually have a complete conversation but I'm not sure how I can improve my signing. I don't have a clue how to learn to lipread and I don't really know much of anything about the adjustments I will have to make to my life any advice would be greatly appreciated!
