Cool bike sale....

Last night, I sold a bike to one woman who was a CODA. I got to talk to her and her Mom. Her Mom had graduated from Whitney Young High School back in 1987. Her Mom also went to Bell school which is also in Chicago area. I did graduate from John Hersey High School back in 1996. I didn't really interact with many people from Whitney Young High School back then, but my classmates did.

As many of you know, my girlfriend is hearing and is learning ASL. She is always curious about Deaf Culture. I'm more than happy to teach her. It was nice last night to be able to speak fluently with someone in ASL. I've not done this very often so it was nice.
