kitty plus a lost ha

hey so i lost my ha...and we think my cat either chewed it up somewhere and/or hid it and we've looked up and down for it...the only thing she is a 3 month old kitten..so i cant see her actually eating my ha (bte w/half shell mold). Now just wondering it went missing last nite..so if she did perhaps chew something and possibly have swallowed some of it..wouldnt she of had to swallow like crazy small pieces and had to have like chewed it to a pulp (with her bay teeth????) say she did tho and the battery was in the mix would she have already shown some side effects of swallowing a battery??

I don't know what would happen if it actually happened.

My sister's dog chewed on my hearing aid, but it still worked for the next 10 years.

Well I had a puppy chew on my brand new mold and HA a few years back...since then I keep my Hearing aids in my bedside table drawer. I would not be a bit surprised if your cat took it and played cat-n-mouse with it for a while. Check under the bed and under the furniture. You may find a chewed up HA.
