OMG, I better start buying myself and my boys some ear plugs..

Along Came Two Spiders

ALBANY, Ore. (May 8) - These guys weren't exactly Snap, Crackle and Pop. What began as a faint popping in a 9-year-old boy's ear - "like Rice Krispies" - ended up as an earache, and the doctor's diagnosis was that a pair of spiders made a home in the ear.

"They were walking on my eardrums," Jesse Courtney said.

One of the spiders was still alive after the doctor flushed the fourth-grader's left ear canal. His mother, Diane Courtney, said her son insisted he kept hearing a faint popping in his ear - "like Rice Krispies."

Dr. David Irvine said it looked like the boy had something in his ear when he examined him.

When he irrigated the ear, the first spider came out, dead. The other spider took a second dousing before it emerged, still alive. Both were about the size of a pencil eraser.

Jesse was given the spiders - now both dead - as a souvenir. He has taken them to school and his mother has taken them to work.

"It was real interesting, 'cause, two spiders in my ear - what next?" Jesse said. Courtney, who said the spiders may have crawled into his ear while he was asleep, has not been able to sleep in the top bunk of his bed since.

Spiders make their own decision where to go and lay, - ear or even nostrils.

Just get water pump, it's blue "ice cream" cone shaped to squeeze all water in ear to remove all spiders out of ear, also scissors would help to take it out.

In his bunkbed need to be sprayed to kill all spiders or call pest control to taking care of it.

I hate spiders and scared the death of them. Can't stand the sight of them. In boy's ears????!!! Oh my goodness. I would pass out completely, probably unconciousness. EEEEEWWWW

This remind me of an American woman prisoner in Thailand who had a roach inside her ear. It was a movie, but I'm sure it does happen a lot if people sleep outside in the dirt.

I watch TLC channel TV call true of story E.R. One girl was manic and scream. Her mom bring her to ER room and help her take ant out of her inner ear. Doctor try remove it but her head keep moving cause she dis comfortable with it. Struggle for while finally doctor pull ant out of inner ear. Doctor was pull and held as girl really scare then run to her mom.

Hey, I saw that movie and it was like 2 month ago, I think. Goodness gracious. It's eerie and freaky.

Before Black widow bit me.. i never was scared of any spiders.. until i got bitten,,, went to the hospital.... every time i see any small spider.... i scream and zooom offf......

I cannot image if spider crawl in my ears. I would be freak out!!!! I got out from shower, I saw two spider ran foward to my feet but I avoid them then I grabbed the shoe to kill two spider. whew. I cannot believe that they wanted to bite my feet.
