Ever heard of spay / neuter?

I'm gonna piss on your parade .... but to tell you the truth, if you had got the female cats spayed none of this would be happening ....

Responsible pet owners get their pets spayed / neutered to prevent unwanted pets ending up in the overcrowded shelters and rescues ....

I speak from my experience as I work for an animal rescue group, we are totally against irresponsible owners who allow their pets to roam free outside and come home pregnant. I volunteer at a local animal shelter and I see just way too many animals get dumped there and need good homes.

So, instead of letting your female cat breed and giving away cute kittens, adopt a spayed female as a companion.

Now, why do I get the feeling I'm gonna get slammed for raining on your party.

No...the dog sure as hell tried, but he did not succeed in the cross-breeding experiment of his...

But yes, you can have a kitty...if I have one to spare...come pick it up after six weeks. I would love for it to go to you. I know how much you love cats.

No kittens yet by the way, but the cat herself is getting VERY round!!!! She looks really tired, poor thing. I wish I could do more for her. All she does is sleep...is that what yours is doing now, Meg?
