Apartment building unit that requires pet(s)

No pet, no apartment at North Hollywood complex

This apartment building unit requires people to have pet(s). It would be great if more apartments had something like that.

It looks like this particular landlord is looking to sell her building. I hope that the buyer would agree to keep it pet friendly.

I allowed people to have a pet in my apartment . I owned a two families house and I found a kitten on the street and asked my tenant if they wanted it and they took the kitty.
