Volunteer with me, get good deal.
I had thought of contacting some local animal shelters as I want help with selling bikes. I had thought of idea along the line like, I want $50 for a bike, but I would sell it to you for $40 if you volunteered for half hour at animal shelter playing with cats with me or maybe walk 5 dogs.
What do you think of that idea? If you were in market of buying a bike, would you do this if it means getting a good deal? I don't know how to work those things out. |

$10 off the bike for 30 minutes....I'd say for an hour....and also ask for any donation to the shelter, food or $$, (optional). Since it's summer, it's a great time to try this with the kids out of school, giving them time to interract with the animals and perhaps a much needed bike at a discount price, and of course working for part cost of the bike...seems like a win-win situation. And of course, more people to view the animals and perhaps even adopt.
