I never watched that show but this link says the firing of the boys kicks off the new season. So it must have at least on more year to go.

Few months ago I watch American Chopper Season 6 episode 1 (I think) and Paul fired his son Paul Sr. for always late and not show up on time.

im sure between father and son work if junior on time or senior got late and junior would give his dad fired for good excuse..

its dont matter who would be between dad and son

You didn't read my post, son already fired and sometime he comes to helping with his father as volunteer. That's what I heard.
