Last night, we watched movie "The Hellboy". I surprised to see preview "Terminator Salvation".

I saw The Dark Knight last Saturday night and I caught the preview for it. I'm a little suprised that:

A). After the debacle that was Terminator 3, the powers that be have greenlighted yet another one.

and

B). Christian Bale is starring in it.

I just don't know what to make of this.

I think it is an excellent choice because Bale is one of the most talented actors in Hollywood today.

Imo, Arnold is a bit long in the tooth to do another one. I really think he was pushing it in T3. Time to say "hasta la vista".

Arnold is already the original Terminator cyborg. It wouldn't fit to use him as John Connors.

Arnold Schwarzenegger. If without him, I would not watching the T4.
That movie will be bad choice if without Schwarzenegger.

Wow, guess I have one more movie to go.. I always like the character of Sarah Conor and Arnold, but Sarah disappeared in the second one and Arnold disappeared in third one.. I wish they still playing

John Conor doesn't look the same at all anyway.

T3 isn't great as T2 does, I'm concern that T4 wouldn't be great as T3 does.

T2 has great storyline and longer film than T1 and T3.

Agree, T2 is the best movie in its series I've seen. I also own a VHS that included deleted scenes, it was a special edition. I love T2 always

Only thing I'm looking foward on T4 that anybody never seen cybor in battle. Most are like few minutes short. I want a long awesome battle.

Arnold. Is. Too. Friggin. Old! Look what happened when Sylvester Stallone did 'Rambo' 4 (or was that 5?) I felt bad for him. Granted, old actors can sometimes pull a proverbial rabbit out of their hat (Harrison Ford in Indiana Jones 4--bravo, sir!).

My point is, keeping Arnold around for reasons of sentimentality alone will not make the movie any better. T3 wouldn't have been better or worse without him.

But I'm not going to argue with you hardcore fans. I'm just an armchair critic.

its probaly going to blow. But Christian Bale is a hell of an actor and possibly could save it from being a disaster.

i love christan bale he's an awesome actor but i wish edward furlong the true and orginal john connor would come back he has to be in his 30s now. he is just as talented and if not more than he was when he was 13.

I was hoping for that original John O'Connor with the scar on his face from T2 but Christian Bale is an excellent choice. I had a hard-on when i saw the preview at Batman movie.

oh i'm sorry but i do not formally recognize Terminator 3 as the sequel. It's just a mere rogue movie project. This Terminator Salvation should be called T3.

I hope this movie is gonna have the awesome battle, like Poweron said, between cyborgs and humans. If not, Connors versus tons of cyborgs, alright, if you know what I mean.

Ol' Arnie wont be back in Terminator 4. There will be a new austrilan bodybuilder as the next T800 for the protector of John Connor.

Terminator 3 sucked. The ending was an disappoinment and that actor who played as John Connor in that one sucked even worse than Edward Furlong did. Damn shame he got fired when he was arrested for drugs.

Bale is one of the most successful actors around so I'm sure he'll do great as John Connors in that one.

Are you kidding? Rambo 4 was the best one in the series LOL. There were more deaths in that one that the first 3 combined!

At least Terminator 4 is coming, so Terminator 3 isn't really that important since it sucked so best to skip it and learn the whole story from the first two movies and then the fourth, even Sarah Connor Chronicles on Fox.
