Recently we have watched

August Rush I love that movie and have watched it over and over!!! It reminds me of the movie, Go Forward (or something like it)

Shutter, it was good but it is alright...I expect more out of it, more horror, but it is alright...

Did you not watch movie? marky mark is high school science teacher. He realized that plants released toxins that cause people to commit suicide so that why (in movie concept) he asked plants to not cause any more damages.

Yeah, I often enjoy fiction made from real-life stories.

Another good movie is The Philadelphia Experiment. I saw that as a kid and didn't understand it much. Ten years ago, I thought about it and decided to do a little research on it. After understanding the history behind it, I watched the movie again... and enjoyed it better.

There are 2 of it. The original one is in 1959 (I haven't seen the original one yet) and the recent one is a remake (2008 version).

Original - Journey to the Center of the Earth (1959)

Remake - Journey to the Center of the Earth (2008)
Don't forget the made-for-TV movie from 9 years ago...

Journey to the Center of the Earth (1999) (TV)

It's 3 hours long. It stars Treat Williams.

I did watch the whole movie and it was quite a bad movie. I was referring to what he did in real life. Didn't you know that he was in jail for attempted murder?

Huh what does mark's real life has to do anything with "The Happening"? M. Night is underrated director. His 'Sixth Sense' and "Unbreakable" gotta to be in top 25 movies of all time.

Well, I was making a joke. Marky Mark is an old nickname of his, and I was referring to his criminal past to make fun of him since he was practically begging the plant to spare him and his family.

Some people just are too dense.

I saw that movie recently... *yawn*

It's more of a thriller than a horror.

It's not exactly about a deaf man. It's about this boy who pretends to be deaf/mute and ends up harboring the town's secrets for 20 years.
