My friend saw the commercials and he said they were captioned.

Me too, I saw all and those were captioned too. But you have to understand major stations will support CC but small stations in small towns might not support CC because lack of fund.

That's strange considering that I live in a big city. So, basically, in some areas all of the commercials were captioned while in others, they werent? Interesting.

Yeah.

Perhaps, it has something to do with the kind of television that people were watching the game on?

I know that there has been CC problems with HD televisions.
