Stephen King has always written good horror books and made good movies. I don't have t.v. myself but I do have internet. I hope you will enjoy his new movie. I think he lives in Maine because when I was in high school in Boston, Mass. I remember taking a trip up to the soccer game. I was on the soccer team, halfback position. I remember on the school vans. The school teacher pointed out Stephen King's house somewhere in Maine. I don't remember where but pretty close to where the Baxter School for the Deaf in Maine is.

Alittle off-topic ..... If you are not sure what a halfback position in soccer is .....

The primary task is to steal the ball and redirect it to the forward player, and to take shots at the goal. As the name implies, you can tell where they play. These players should be quick on their feet and have excellent tackling abilities. Accurate passing is required.

and when I was at Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf I played the fullback position.

They play near their own teams’ goal and are primarily assigned to prevent shots being taken on their goal by the opponent. They also take returns from the goalie and are directed to get the ball to the midfielders. They should have good leg strength and be able to kick the ball a fair distance when clearing the ball.

Now back on-topic .....

Stephen King lived in a pretty quiet and a simple house, alittle big but it seemed to be a house set in the 1800 - 1850's and ironically enough, the kind you see in Halloween movies with that big roof and the bats flying on a yellow moon night. You know what I mean? I saw his house in the daytime but you would miss it at night time so if you ever get a chance to travel your way to Maine, make sure to ask where Stephen King's house is but please respect his property. I saw guards posted inside with shotgun rifles as the school van passed and I looked at the window of the house. They also have signs posted on the property to not trepass or you will be shot.

I also remember Stephen King did some autographing ( signing people's books ) at the mall in Boston but I had to go back home for a while in the summer time so I missed that one.

DeafMonkey, I am sure Stephen King may make some special appearances in Canada sometimes as he lives in Maine about 2 hours from the Canadian border. It would not surprise me.

Oh that's awesome that Stephen King do still make the books/movies. I do love some of his movies that I already watched, they are so awesome!

Did you know that he always sleep during the morning, always stay up during the night? Because he always get bad dreams during nights, he decided to sleep during the morning so he can have bad dreams same time to seeing the sun throught his skin by his eyes then he will start write the books from his dreams. Im not even kidding! My best friend told me about that which he is her HUGEST fan!

Oh, well. I am sick of him. It is just too much which is not good for any children to watch his horror movies. His movies create children's mind with violences or behavior problems. I cannot say more about him. It was just good movies, but that is really enough. In fact, he is afraid to change for a better world because of his greedy money that matter to him. What a pity.

When I was a kid. I did not like that movie where Jack Nickalus has the blood flowing like a river from the elevator. That movie was from the 1970's based on Stephen King's book but I loved Cujo !!!!!

The another one that really scared me as a kid was " Puppetmasters " by Stephen King.

Some of his books are better than the movies and vice versa.

Maybe, he had bad experienced in the past of his childhood, I don't know what it is. But, my best friend read his background and found out that it's true about him. That's very interesting.
