I seriously doubt they do that to DVDs.
Wal-mart used to edit swear words out of music CD's back in the day. I don't think they do that anymore.

Maybe for the food sample videos? Add a bunch of walmart products in the background.
If OP's talking about movies then sounds impossible without getting into legal issues with the MPAA unless they're paying them money. |
