CC with new release streaming videos

I have an xbox 360, and also setup a new Roku. I love netflix as it has a large selection of items with cc but doesnt have new releases available for streaming (wish they did though, even as a ppv would be perfect). I'm looking for options where I can rent movies through my roku/xbox or even computer for instant watching that have captions. So far, Amazon seems to be the only option for newer release items on the Roku, but doesn't have CC.

Does anyone know what options are out there? I know some things in the Itunes store do, but i cant get that on the xbox or roku.
