July 6th has passed and the class went great! I really enjoyed how hard everyone worked during that one hour! The Location was perfect and the weather couldn't of been better... it was super cloudy and was just about to rain when we were done so it was nice and cool during the whole thing! I hope to see everyone show up again next tuesday on the 13th and hopefully more people decide to come so we all can get back in shape and love life even more!!!!

So I've been working hard to set up a group fitness training for the deaf and man I did not realize how slow companies respond to my idea! But that is alright because I have a better idea, my new idea will not require any permission from anyone and the best part you will get a tan the same time you workout! I know the minor details will bore you but the current plan is to offically start this group training by July 6th of 2010 and it will be hosted outside around the wheat ridge area of colorado!...
