I hope so. I think I'm going to take my PRN dose of Trazodone tonight. I like to reserve that for when I'm manic, but if I skip even a night of sleep, it can cause me to become manic or mixed.

No, I didn't sleep at all last night. I think that was only because I slept all day yesterday due to my depression.

I hope so too because if it doesn't, I'm done with therapy for good. That being said, I have a very good feeling about this new tdoc based on what my pdoc had to say. He was highly recommended.

I've been in therapy off and on since 1991, so I'm pretty familiar with how beneficial it can be. I've also learned alot about therapy in my college psychology courses. I'm glad you look forward to your tdoc visits. I hope I will be able to do the same with my new tdoc.
