i did! we went to see my school's production of "dirty rotten scoundrels" (my 5th time seeing it because i did tech for the show, so the director lets me go to any of the shows without having to pay. so i sit in the back of the theater :-D. it never gets old lol). then we went out to dinner, and then my parents helped me clean my room (it was a disaster, to say the least ;-) ).

fridays will probably work best for me, because my last friday class ends at 2 :-)

i actually have a few friends here who are transferring (1 is transferring next semester and the other is transferring at the end of this year). thankfully, the friend that's transferring next year will only be 20 minutes away, and the other friend is going to try to visit as much as she can, but it'll still suck, because they're 2 close friends. oh well.

remember the "rent mindset"! haha

me too! actually, i haven't even touched my computer for the past few days...yesterday was my college's family day, so my mom and dad were here :-D.

don't worry, i'm really shy too . date/time-wise, i have no idea when i'll have free time this week, but i'll keep you posted

what date/time/service/means of communication works for you?

music-wise, i'm your stereotypical girl in that i mainly listen to pop and pop/rock (i'll admit: i'm a HUGE fan of boy bands haha), but i like some other stuff too: red hot chili peppers, james taylor, all-american rejects, simple plan, good charlotte...those are off the top of my head. and then there's obviously the broadway stuff ;-P. what about you?

with a 64 average, most of the people in my class don't actively participate in class (don't talk or take notes). but whatever, it's their problem

speaking of relaxing time, tomorrow i get a decent amount...i mentioned this earlier, but i don't have to go to my music theory class tomorrow since i got an a on the last quiz. so i'll have from 11:10 to 2 to just take it easy.

well, i like to have a lot of "me" time...just hanging out in my room, sleeping, reading, etc. but i've become much more social since i got here...i've been hanging out with at least 1 friend every night for the past 2 weeks. i'm gonna take tomorrow night off, though, because i have a paper due on friday, and i want to get to sleep early.

Okay, so Flogging Molly is a celtic punk band, which sounds really weird, but it is some really good music. Being very irish myself, I can't help but love the instrumentals and some of the lyrics! I suggest if you ever get the chance, to look up a song on you tube. "Drunken Lullabies" and "What's left of The Flag" are two of my favorites, and should you see them, I hope you enjoy them just as much! No need to be embarrassed

What kind of music do you listen to outside of musicals?

well, i got an 81 on my last psych exam, in which the average grade was 64, so i feel pretty good about this one. also, i'm 1 of the only people in the class that actually actively participates; there's maybe 20 people in my class (the classes at my college are pretty small...it's a small college) and maybe 4 of them (maybe 5 including me) actively participate in class.

i think (and hope) i'll be taking less classes next semester, so i'll hopefully have more free time to game

yeah, it's nice, but i'm a huge homebody/hermit haha

my house is roughly 20 minutes from the city proper, but my college is almost an hour from boston.

gaming-wise, i'm 5 or lower haha. i love video games, but i rarely get to play them nowadays because of all my college crap. for example, i'm a HUGE sims 3 addict, but i haven't even been able to touch it since i got here! :-(

well, i think i did well on my psych test, and i got an a on my last quiz in music theory. in fact, my theory teacher said that anyone who got an a doesn't have to go to class on thursday! so on thursday, i'll have a class at 9:40, and then i won't have a class until 4:20 (my theory class is at 11:20)! YAY!

i will upload videos of "there's a fine, fine line" and "i never knew his name" very soon! but they'll be me singing...signing songs is waaay beyond me! haha
