Did you end up getting the machine to help your ears. I've been going to the dentist and the prescribed Amoxillin which is an antibiotic and I've been feeling better. My Minere's it appears is mostly viral. Have you tried an antibiotic?
Sorry you are going through a rough bout of Meniere's. I have some fluid issues now and I've cut back on coffee and Listerine, feeling a little better. In my case, and maybe yours, it could be a virus. Hang in there..
