Yeah, voc rehab means well, but doesn't always understand the true needs of the client. I started learning ASL for awhile but gave up on it rather quick after few months. Dont know if I'll get back into learning it.

I fronted the money for my own stethescope because Voc Rehab always has different ideas on what they will provide.

I have newer technology as I have very significant need at work. I work in ICU and need it frequently and rely heavily on its accuracy.

I have a scope called escope II from littmann. it has a DAI cable that connects to my hearing aid directly which makes it convenient for me and also makes me able to pick up most sounds. Just really depends on your hearling loss as everyone is different.

is there any reason you decided not to take your boards to get nursing licence. You can still be a great nurse being hoh.

You will get better sometime just pray and ask for help ,I'm sure things will light up in time . Keep me update ok and I will pray for your strength . Keep your chin up high and do your best .
