Thank you for your information. I greatly appreciate your input. Unfortunately, I do not have a choice to which implant of the three companies. Yale will only allow Cochelear America to be implanted. I was not aware of a ceramic or a silcone implant..I will contact my surgeon today on that matter. I am also young and it did not occur to me about silicone leaking. I am scheduled for surgery On march 25 and will be activated April 16th. What is PM? I am very new to this tech/computer stuff.
