I'm trying to meet people that live in New Orleans or in surrounding areas cuz I'm planning on going to Mardi Gras next year. Would lIke to get more info on what to do there, best place to stay at, best restaurants to go to, etc. Maybe meet with a deaf group, make new friends, and hang out?
