When you upload an image for your profile background, There are 3 options for it to be seen or not to be seen.

1) Public albums can be viewed by anyone
2) Private albums can only be viewed by site staff (moderators, administrators) and your Friends and Contacts (info)
3) Profile albums are viewable only by you. However, you can use the images to customize your public profile (info)

So in order for you to be able to wanting for others to see your background image, you'd need to have it on public setting.

Hmm I see you have already loaded the image on your album in your profile, It should have been able to show. How did you try to load it up?

No worries, That's ok. It has to be less than 56 kb. From what I see, your signature has 73 kb.
