Heidi, your upload speed is not good enough for a videophone call. You need to upgrade the plan with 256kps upload speed at the minimum.

You can check your internet speed by going to Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test - once tested, let dbarovian and I know about the internet speed, and we can tell if it is fast enough or not.

You don't need to join HOVRS purple member. You can use VideoSign 2.5 to call. I know that you have problem with it. Did you call your dsl company to make increase speed yet? but you can try to use Viable Vision to call. You should adjust your private message. You will send PM into my mobile when I m away.

MVP means mobile video phone. Like Viable Vpad but MVP is smaller than VPAD. Display screen is 7 1/2 inches and more features than VPad.

Ok. what is your PC operation? XP or Vista? It is encouraged that you do not utilize any windows applications other than the browser you are using while using HOVRS. Placing another call on NetMeeting while using HOVRS will cause your video screen to freeze. Make sure any applications are not in use while using HOVRS. Make sure Netmeeting is turned off.
