I wonder if they would care more if they had pay victims instead of the city. If they had to take out insurance like doctors ... the fact that there is no punishment and the tax payers pay victims are two of the reasons why it doesn't seem to be taken seriously by cops.

I do think they are trained to shoot to kill. There are so many dead people that were unarmed that makes me think differently. Deescalating the situation is something that is done if you aren't seen as a threat even if you just killed people.

My driver's license says that I'm HoH. I feel like if they run my license it should come up, but IDK. It should come up with the plates are run, but it's flawed because that means that the officer has to run the license. Even with a sticker that would mean that the officer has bright lighting...

My school didn't teach ASL, so I was learning it on my own with help. My friend that is HoH that using ASL full-time was the one that was helping me learn. I'll start with one person.

I wasn't offended. I just thought what you said was interesting. I thought that people interest in ASL is short term. When they realize that it's an actual language, the interest sometimes wane. I work in IT pretty much networking & DNS stuff with a touch of security.

I didn't realize people used Hulu. I watch everything on the internet free. I guess if you need subtitles it may be hard to find. I learned that access is an issue. I guess I always knew it was an issue but never really thought about it.

They should be able to give you a note-taker. I had a note-taker for all 4 years of college. CART may be out of their price range but they should be able to pay someone mini wage to take notes for you. File the complaint now.
