    Why did your parents prohibit signing? Did they think it would affect who you could talk to?

    It's a shame you do not sign JSL much. Was it hard to learn ASL too?

    Yes, my daughter is the one in the picture. I love her and my son very much, but my son looks like an old man still at the moment (3 weeks old ). She loves him very much, it's so cute!

    Hi, yes I used to use JSL in japan. My brother is deaf, so we talked with JSL while my parents were not at home. They strictly prohibit to use sign, but they accept sign later

    But I don't have a chance to use JSL right now. There is many asian deaf in DC, but not in NC. I really miss DC so much, haha. Is your profile picture from your daughter? she is so CUTE!!!

    PS: Are you fluent in Japanese Sign Language, too? It is so difficult!
