Hi MaGeUod, how is it going w/ you today? Mine was a bit different since I was stuck in a car driving from houston, tx to a N.E. part of Kansas today (12 hrs. of straight driving). anyhow, I'm glad you contacted me because I was hoping to find ANYONE with some perspective and insight on deaf related issues in egypt even though I'm not deaf. well, i was wondering if u have ever been to the deaf operated kfc in dokki? where are you from in egypt? I read one of your posts, it was well written if english isn't your 1st language. U are probably wondering why do i have an interest in arabic sign language...well, it's mostly a selfish one, I don't know how to communicate in arabic and thought it'd be possibly easier to learn arabic sign language and communicate w/ the deaf in egypt than to learn colloquial arabic. Who knows? maybe, maybe not. I also like making friends of different nationalities and abilities. I am not having an easy time finding ANY information on where I could learn arabic sign language/sign language instruction in egypt.
