oh wow! my great grandpa was in WW2. unfortunately he was fighting for the wrong side I hated that guy. I'm half mexican and he said i "polluted the bloodline". I've always been interested in the effects war has on the everyday people of the countries.

Ah.. ok I'm reading a book about WW1 right now. It's pretty scary the stuff people went through back then :/

Yeah i dont really want to wear it anywhere not "needed". That dr. can kiss my butt. im glad it will help with school for now though. To tell the truth im kinda scared to wear it, I dont know what the world will sound like. I didnt even realize consciously I had a hearing loss until taking ASL. IDK if it's normal to be worried about that.. lol. But I am. I think I knew somewhere in the back of my head that something was different about me, but I didn't actually think there was a reason I was cut off from everyone. I just got used to being (what my peers called) a "freak". Weirdo, or "oh, thats just Tara. She's spacey."
Now I am worried about what the world will sound like. I am used to the way things are, I feel so confused.
I am happy, because I have found a place where I feel comfortable and safe and accepted, I feel scared because everything is changing. Weird!
Oh I have never heard of those movies? What are they about?

The ocean scares me. I got pulled into an undercurrent when i was little and wont go into the water anymore. Scary!
Yes it is hard. I am almost done with Spring quarter though thank GOD! then i have two weeks off, but not really cause all the family wants time cause i'm never available during school and they all miss me.

I am getting a black hearing aid this monday to match my hair. I dont know if i want to wear it. but i will for classes, the dr. said it will help with classes. *sigh*

oh nice what'd u do? sounds fun where is Devon ? im ok, just trying to get through finals. trying to keep my GPA up so i can transfer to Gally next year. It is hard work but worth it.
i do miss my friends, and having fun. and TV. and i would die to go to a movie. Non of the closed captioned theatres have anything good right now though. who wants to watch sex & the city? Not me! blah.
