I will be turing 18 on july 12, my father has never paid child support in his...my lifetime...the papers show that he owes over 40,000 in child support...when i was 17 last year...i decided to meet him and see why this all happened...i never really got a direct answer...but that it was my mother who was stoping him and i just didnt know because my mother isnt a part of my life...i have pretty much been on my own at a very young age...but my fater decided that i could live with him...and well it...
