yeah your right about that smiles...I guess the reason why I said I was new at this cause I am still trying to figure out how this works..I got this site off from a friend of mine cause she knew I was getting cochlear implant and I was trying to meet new people who have had that done and beable to hear their experence they have had with it..I just had my cochlear implant surgery on June 23rd and got hooked up for the first on July 29th and I love it !!!! hope you have a good day
