He wanted me to come to the store and work it out together, but I went to the store on Saturday, the guy wasn't in, so the other guy told me he'll be here Sunday, I told him it wasn't possible for me to come on Sunday because of my sister's graduation, so he said that I could come Monday morning and he'll be there at 10 am. He said that the manager is willing to work with me, so I'm hoping for a big discount. *keeping fingers cross*

Yes, I brought a new queen size bed, and they came to the house at 9 am claimed that the box spring wouldn't be able to fit up the stairs, they did not even tried to take it up there, I did called the manager and he said he was going to take care of it personally, once the drivers arrive back to the store, he will phone me, so far he hasn't yet, I'll give them until tomorrow to return the call, if not then I'll call them again tomorrow. I'm kinda pissed off about it because when I brought a new bedroom furniture even the dresser with the mirror was very huge, they did tried to bring it up the stairs and it worked. But this two drivers from the mattress warehouse are a bunch of wuss that refused to even try to take it up the stairs.
