I'm James. I am deaf. I live in Viriginia (originally from PA) and will be moving to D.C. shortly. I'm new to this AllDeaf's blog and I hope to gain some benefits from this website by communicating with deaf/HOH individuals who are currently working in the construction industry.

Basically, I've been in the construction industry for about 12 years, working for a construction management firm. I would like to build my network with deaf/HOH working individuals....
