If you have pictures saved to your computer, you can do this:
1. Click User CP
2. Click 'Edit avatar'
3. scroll down and hit 'Browse'
and upload it from there. But for the avatar, it has to be a smaller pic.

I am sorry..I overlooked your message. I use Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket to upload my pics.
