    Hi omegarman,
I have some questions. If I wanted to watch a video from youtube.com and I went and save the video, can I use it with KMPlayer and it'll show the subtitles?
    Thanks,
    Lauria

Hi Lauria.. GomPlayer and KMPlayer are both very good media players. But, I tend to prefer KMPlayer, mainly because it seems handle subtitles better. I find that some subtitle formats don't work well with GomPlayer.

How it works... Like all(?) media players, all you have to do is drag and drop a media file onto the media player, and it will play automatically. I will assume your main concern is subtitles?

Like all media players, if you want subtitles to show automatically, as soon as a movie starts, you will need to rename the subtitle file as the same as the movie file. Subtitles filename are identified with an SRT or SUB extension. So, for example, if you have a movie called The Adventures of Lassie.avi, your subtitle file should also be renamed The Adventures of Lassie.srt

I think you should download the players and try them. You have nothing to lose.. Feel free to ask questions, and I will try to help..
